This Privacy Notice explains how Ovela handles information when you use our local wardrobe management and outfit planning app. Ovela is designed as a personal closet organization tool for recording clothing items, outfit logs, reminders, and wardrobe statistics. We built Ovela to keep your wardrobe data private and under your control. Most of your content is stored locally on your device, and we do not use your data for advertising, profiling, or selling.
By using the app, you may create clothing records, outfit history, reminders, and notes. Some features may involve temporary processing to support app functionality, but such information is not used for unrelated purposes and is removed when no longer needed, as described below.
We keep information only for as long as necessary to provide the app’s functions or meet legal and operational needs.
If you delete a record or clear app data, the corresponding local information will be removed according to the app’s deletion behavior and your device settings.

Ovela does not use facial recognition, biometric analysis, or face templates. We do not identify or verify people through facial data, and we do not build biometric profiles.
If an image is processed for clothing or outfit features, any temporary image data used during that processing is deleted after completion unless you explicitly save the image as part of your local wardrobe content.
Ovela is intended for users who are 17 years of age or older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 17. If we learn that we have received information from a user under 17, we will take reasonable steps to delete that information.

Any AI-related processing associated with Ovela is performed exclusively on our own internal servers. We do not use third-party AI services to process user data.
Temporary data used for processing is deleted after the task is completed, unless you choose to save the result as part of your history or local records. We do not use your data for model training, model tuning, or AI optimization. We also do not send your user content to external AI providers.
We may update this Privacy Notice from time to time to reflect changes in the app, legal requirements, or our data practices. When we make material changes, we will update the effective date and, where appropriate, provide additional notice in the app or by other reasonable means.
Your continued use of Ovela after an update becomes effective means you accept the revised Privacy Notice.
We do not sell, rent, or trade user data. We do not share any user-uploaded or user-generated content with any third party. We do not use any third-party AI services to process user data. All AI processing is performed exclusively on our own internal servers.
We may use limited third-party providers only for cloud storage, server hosting, or basic infrastructure operations, where needed. Any such provider acts solely on our behalf and under our instructions, and is bound by contractual obligations to protect data security.
These third parties are not permitted to use your data for advertising, user profiling, AI training, model optimization, their own purposes, or redistribution. They may not independently access or use your user content except as necessary to provide the contracted infrastructure service and only as instructed by us.
